      衰老是一个复杂的生物过程,多种慢性疾病,如癌症、糖尿病、阿尔茨海默病等都会导致组织器官功能衰退、结构退化、适应能力和抵抗力降低等与衰老相关的问题。
      该库收集了118个抗衰老类化合物,对其进行M+C系列改造成潜在的新的活性分子(已改造得到~600个),可以广泛地应用于高通量筛选 (HTS) 和高内涵筛选 (HCS),为优化药物结构提供了重要的线索;同时继续提供定制的P系列分子。
